Imity Travels Payment Policy – Advance Payment Rules

To confirm your tour package booking with Imity Travels:

  • A minimum 30% to 50% advance payment of the total package cost is required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 7–15 days before departure.

  • For flight tickets and visa services, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • During peak season (October to January), full advance payment may be required.

Your booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance amount.

Non-Refundable Services

Some travel services may be non-refundable, including:

Refund eligibility depends on the airline, hotel, or service provider policy.

Late Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date.

  • If payment is delayed, Imity Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  • We are not responsible for fare increase due to late payment.

International Tour Payment Policy

For international tour packages:

  • All international bank transfer charges must be borne by the client.

  • Any currency fluctuation charges will be applicable.

  • Passport and visa requirements must be fulfilled before final payment.

Refund & Processing Time

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Cancellation charges will be deducted as per supplier policy.

  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
